Instead of selling your home as-is (often to lowball offers), you retain ownership while we fund and manage a professional renovation. Once the home is sold, we both share in the profit.
How this works
This model is ideal for homeowners who want to honour the value of their property, avoid developer bulldozers, and potentially earn more, without doing the heavy lifting.
