At White Sparrow Homes, we believe in second chances, not just for homes, but for people and communities. That’s why every tenth home we renovate is gifted back to support charitable causes.
Sometimes that means we buy a home where the seller has chosen to donate the proceeds to a charity. Other times, we pay forward our own profit on the home. Either way, our goal is the same: to turn one house into lasting good.
How this works
Too often, well-loved homes are gifted to charity, only to be sold quickly in poor condition, leaving money on the table. We change that. We preserve the home’s integrity and increase its value, so the charity receives more funding to do their work.
We’d love to work with:
- Homeowners who are gifting their homes (or proceeds) to charity
- Solicitors, trustees, or family members managing estates
- Charities that want to maximise the value of donated homes
Instead of selling the home as-is, we’ll fund and manage the renovation using our trusted team, so that the final sale price delivers the most value possible for the cause.
