18 Kitchener place was part of a conjoined property with one title. It was subdivided so that each “half” would have it’s own title. Both were completely transformed and fully renovated stylishly throughout. Set in the beautiful suburb of Opawa in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has peaceful surroundings. Hercules street is conveniently located to The Palms shopping centre and was pretty tidy to begin with so not much work needed to be done. It was refreshed throughout with new flooring added and the wind shelters around the porch were removed. Fresh paint and a few other touch ups were all that was needed. This beautiful character villa with classic red door charm was freshened up with paint throughout and new carpet in all of the bedrooms. The kitchen only needed minor touch ups for example, a new squab couch and cushions were made. The back yard was given a makeover as well. Leading out from the kitchen to the sun soaked back deck with pergola, there is off street parking accessed by a shared laneway. The modern open plan kitchen dining room has a breakfast bar and laundry nook/cupboard. There are three spacious bedrooms and a separate lounge. We loved breathing freshness and life back into this property and the new owners love it too!

Painting was completed throughout and new flooring was installed. It includes a nice sunny backyard deck area and an internal access single garage with laundry. The result is a nice bright, clean and modern family home just right for a first home buyer and we are just as pleased with the final result as they are!

Painting was completed throughout and new flooring was installed. A challenging leak was also repaired. The result is bright, fresh and clean. We are really happy with how this transformation turned out and wanted to give you a look at the finished result.
This was our second project. We offered the vendor a long settlement period to give her time to find her next home. This beautifully and stylishly fully renovated two bedroom unit is conjoined in the middle with the garages. It needed floor levels corrected and refreshing right throughout. It has a lovely suntrap conservatory at the front and is in the north of Christchurch. The renovations included a brand new bathroom, kitchen, laundry, new carpet and fully repainted inside. At the same time, we relevelled the neighboring unit with the owners approval, helping him and guiding him through the EQC process which made it possible for him to fund his floor relevelling. The sale of the property worked out well because it was purchased by a colleague through one of our founders’ networks for his daughter who was about to have a baby so a really positive result and outcome overall for this project.
